The Skjærgårds Foundation is a festival organizer with a vision of creating an inclusive and unifying atmosphere. The organization is behind several festivals, including Skjærgårds Music & Mission and the Children's Gospel Festival. Each year, these events attract over 40,000 participants and include around 200 festival days.
To realize its goals of community and inspiration, the Skjærgårds Foundation annually employs approximately 2,400 employees.
