Bugården Church is located in Sandefjord and serves as an important gathering point for the local community. Among the planned activities is the Church Film Festival in Sandefjord in 2025, which aims to engage both parishioners and others interested in film and reflection.
In addition to the film festival, Bugården Church offers theme nights that focus on grief, as well as the distribution of My Church Book. The church also has a varied offer for children and young people, including Sunday School, Sunday Scream and Sunday Club. The SIMEN initiative, which stands for "together in the church", is part of the church's work to include everyone in the community. In the fall of 2025, the church will also host Adventura events, which will further help strengthen ties in the local community.
