Vestfold and Telemark Sports Association (VTIK) serves as the joint body for all sports in the county and includes all sports clubs, sports councils and special circles affiliated with the Norwegian Sports Federation as well as the Olympic and Paralympic Committee. The organization aims to support and guide sports clubs in the region, with a focus on promoting sustainable development through energy management to reduce both costs and environmental impact.
VTIK organizes courses and development programs aimed at youth and leaders, and works actively to recognize volunteer efforts through the nomination of the Enthusiast of the Year. The organization also participates in the #BeKind campaign to promote an inclusive sports environment. Furthermore, they offer VAT compensation for the construction of sports facilities and work closely with local sports councils and clubs to strengthen sports in the county.
