Vivi Ann Waggestad is a trained masseuse from IFH in Oslo, having completed her education in 2004/2005. She has been active in the Norwegian Massage Association since 2006, where she has held the role of board member and has been the chairwoman since March 2016. Waggestad established her practice in the spring of 2004, and has since then gained 19 years of experience in the massage profession.
The treatments offered focus on breaking pain cycles through increased blood circulation, and include a combination of massage, water training and sauna to achieve rapid muscle relaxation. Waggestad specializes in sports injuries and deep treatment, and adapts each hour to the client's needs. The treatments always end with a neck and head massage for total relaxation, and aim to improve mobility, energy levels and skin condition. The massage treatment takes place in the swimming pool in Bugårdsparken in Sandefjord.
