Frilynt Norway is a voluntary organization focused on theater and cultural dissemination, and is the largest of its kind in Norway. The organization has over 17,000 members and consists of more than 200 theater groups, revue groups, youth groups and cultural associations. Through its work, Frilynt helps to engage young people in theater activities, and promotes the development of local theater communities.
Frilynt Norway offers support to its members through the Frifond scheme, which provides financial assistance for projects and activities. In addition, the organization arranges national gatherings for revues, where participants can share experiences and learn from each other. With its focus on amateur theater, Frilynt plays an important role in promoting culture and creativity among children, youth and adults in Norway.
