SLINGSHOT is a non-profit organization that aims to help companies along the Western Norway region of Norway with growth and sustainable jobs. Since its inception in September 2020, SLINGSHOT has assisted 22 companies, resulting in over 480 new jobs. The organization focuses on practical collaboration to solve growth challenges, and offers an extended team experience instead of traditional classrooms or mentoring programs.
Participating companies have raised more than 600 million NOK in capital, which underlines the financial support and resources that SLINGSHOT contributes. In addition, the organization has access to senior consultants from Capgemini, which gives participants valuable insight and experience from experienced professionals. SLINGSHOT works to promote growth and development in the region, with a focus on creating long-term and sustainable solutions for the business community.
