Chiropractor Akutten offers chiropractic care with a focus on acute needs, and is available same-day, including weekends and evenings. Treatments are tailored to the individual patient, with the goal of rapid and effective pain relief and minimizing the risk of relapse. Each treatment lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, and patients receive a complete treatment from one therapist.
Chiropractor Akutten is led by Christer Førland, who is a publicly licensed chiropractor with five years of education from the Scandinavian College of Chiropractic in Stockholm. Førland started his practice in 2009 with Stavanger Kiropraktikk, which was later expanded to Sandnes and renamed Stavanger-Sandnes Kiropraktikk. In June 2015, he established Chiropractor Akutten, which offers services in both Sandnes and Stavanger.
