NOFO Norwegian Clean Seas Association for Operating Companies is a member organization whose main task is to ensure oil spill preparedness for operating companies on the Norwegian continental shelf. The organization works to develop and implement new technology that can strengthen preparedness against oil spills. Through continuous development, NOFO focuses on ensuring that its members have access to modern equipment and good plans for handling oil spills.
In order to maintain a high quality of preparedness, NOFO conducts regular verifications, exercises and courses.
