Smart competence AS is a training and course center that offers training for employees in both the public and private sectors. The center has a particular focus on a strengths-based approach to training, where a positive view of humanity is central. The courses are designed to help participants identify and utilize the strengths of children, families and organizations. Among the offerings are certification as an AART trainer, SMART upbringing courses for kindergartens and schools, and theme evenings for parents and employees.
In addition to the courses, Smart competence AS offers guidance services and collaborates with various partners to strengthen its offerings. The center also has a blog and other resources that provide inspiration to both employees and parents. The courses are held in its own premises in Sandnes, where there is a capacity for 30-60 participants. This provides an opportunity for interactive learning and is adapted to the needs of those who work with children and young people.
