The Melshei Scout Lodge is an active Scout group that has been in operation since 1914. The organization focuses on outdoor activities, friendship and cooperation, and offers a varied program of activities for its members. Activities include canoeing and snow cave building, which help develop skills and unity among participants.
All meetings take place outdoors at the Melshei Scout Site, which gives members the opportunity to be in nature and learn about outdoor activities in practice. There is currently a waiting list for new members in both the Scouts and the Scouts, which indicates a growing interest and commitment to Scouting in the local community.
