Sarpsborg Orienteering Team is an arena for orienteering activities and community. The team organizes training runs at Stikkaåsen, which gives participants the opportunity to improve their orienteering skills. In addition to the training runs, they organize SOL parties, which include social activities for members, and help strengthen team cohesion.
The team also offers accommodation at the SOL cabin, which gives members an opportunity to spend time together in scenic surroundings. The activities are adapted to different levels, making it possible for both beginners and experienced orienteers to participate. Sarpsborg Orienteering Team focuses on community and activity, and gives members the opportunity to renew their club clothing, which contributes to a uniform and professional appearance.
