The center does not have fixed introductory courses, but arranges introductory classes during open week, which gives new members the opportunity to get to know the training method. Membership gives access to CrossFit Sarpsborg 24/7 as well as all Actic centers in Norway. It is also possible to use drop-in for a one-time fee.
The center has a discounted junior membership for young people who train with an adult or guardian. Members have the option to freeze their membership in the event of illness or travel. Experienced coaches are available for guidance, and great emphasis is placed on creating a positive and inclusive training environment.
