Fellesverket 1016 is an activity center for young people aged 13-25, located at St. Mariegate 70 in Sarpsborg. The center offers free activities that include an open meeting place where young people can have a free dinner and meet new friends. Fellesverket is part of the Norwegian Red Cross's initiative, with 20 such centers spread across the country, and is run by Red Cross employees together with volunteers.
The center emphasizes learning and coping, and offers support from safe adults. There are also opportunities for job training in cooking, serving and organizing events. Homework help is available on Tuesdays, and a variety of activities are arranged for young people. Fellesverket is known for being a safe and inclusive environment, and has opening hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 7:45 PM. In addition, D&D games are arranged on the premises on Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, although this is not part of the Red Cross's activities.
