Furuheim Grendehus is a rental venue that offers space for various events such as family parties, christenings, confirmations, weddings and Christmas parties. The venue has a hall of approximately 100 m² and a fireplace room of approximately 30 m², and has the capacity to accommodate up to 80 people. The Grendehuset is equipped with modern facilities, including a projector, screen, speakers and wireless microphones, making it suitable for both private celebrations and meetings.
The building has been newly renovated with a warm atmosphere and is adapted for disabled users with an accessible toilet. Furuheim Grendehus is located at the intersection of Meensvei and Furuheimvegen in Borgestad, directly across the road from Menstadhallen, and shares a parking lot with it. The owner, Norskdomslaget Porsgrunn, is a member of the Norwegian Youth League.
