Walters food and wine house is located at Gjemsø Plass 7 in Skien, in the premises that previously housed Walter R Anderson & Co. Colonial Store. The restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, and has a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The menu is varied and contains exciting dishes that change according to the availability of ingredients.
In addition to the restaurant, Walters has a delicatessen and a catering kitchen. The extensive drinks menu is considered one of the best in Grenland, and the restaurant organizes Vin & Vinyl evenings every Friday and Saturday. Walters also offers special wine tastings in the winter and spring program, as well as banquet rooms for various events.
