Vestre Borge Gård is located in Borgestad, Skien, and has been family-run since 1928. The farm is known for its organic apple production, where approx. 2500 apple trees and 100 plum trees are grown. In addition to the apple production, the farm has its own farm press that produces apple juice. The farm also offers the opportunity for garden owners to rent a press for their own apples during the season.
In recent years, Vestre Borge Gård has replanted apple trees after removing an old orchard. The farm collaborates with Innovation Norway to promote short-distance apple juice production. The farm outlet is open to visitors from August until the end of the year, which provides the opportunity to buy local products directly from the farm.
