Overground & Underground is a youth culture center and leisure club located in Gulset in Skien. The center offers a varied program of cultural and leisure activities aimed at children and young people from 5th grade to 20 years old. There are youth clubs and after-school programs, which give young people the opportunity to participate in various activities in a safe environment. Professionals with experience in working with young people are present to support and guide the participants.
The center has facilities such as music and podcast studios, as well as VR technology. Free food, courses and various events are also offered. Activities include groups, leisure clubs and trips, as well as hall activities. Overground is open Monday to Thursday, while Underground is available on Fridays, and young people are encouraged to try their hand at the studios.
