Løvetannakademiet AS is a non-profit organization that focuses on the inclusion of young people between the ages of 16 and 30 who are out of school and work. The organization offers various initiatives to help these young people gain work experience and develop social competence. Through guidance and practical experience, Løvetannakademiet works to support young people in returning to education or entering the workforce.
As part of its work, Løvetannakademiet operates a waffle cart under the concept of "Vaffelbrigaden" and a food truck called "Pølsekompaniet". These units offer locally produced organic sausages with side dishes, and deliver food and catering services to both businesses and individuals. Through these activities, participants have the opportunity to develop skills that are relevant to the labor market, while contributing to the community.
