The Forus Kindergarten Learning Workshop opened in January 1996 and is located near a small forest, which gives the children access to nature experiences. The kindergarten has a large outdoor area with play equipment and a ball pit, as well as a barbecue hut that allows for cooking in the campfire. The children have the opportunity to pick berries and fruit that grow in the kindergarten, which can contribute to a varied and exciting everyday life.
The kindergarten emphasizes good relationships and professional quality, and the staff is committed to creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. Breakfast, lunch and fruit are offered every day, as well as hot meals several times a week. The common room is used for motor activity and joint gatherings, which promotes unity and cooperation among the children.
