UFF Second Hand Stavanger is a second-hand store that specializes in the collection and sale of clothing, shoes and textiles for reuse. The store has a sorting facility, Arctex, which was established in 2023, and aims to reduce textile waste while supporting various humanitarian projects. UFF Second Hand contributes to education, food and medicine in developing countries, with projects in several African countries such as Namibia, Mozambique and Congo.
The store also focuses on social issues, such as combating gender-based violence and HIV prevalence. Through the initiative "One village, One Preschool" they work for holistic child-centered development, and they support vulnerable girls and young women through the VIVA+ project. UFF Second Hand actively participates in international days, such as International Day, to raise awareness of important global issues.
