CrossFit Ask was established in 2018 by a group of five enthusiasts with the goal of creating a unique training environment in Stavanger. The center offers a varied training offer that includes trial classes for new members, as well as personal training that is tailored to individual needs. There are also specialized programs for companies, in addition to training camps for youth and children, known as Teens Camp and Kids Camp.
The facilities are of high quality, and there is a great emphasis on technique and guidance from experienced trainers. CrossFit Ask also includes dietary advice as part of its offer. The center is part of the AskFamily, which promotes an inclusive community where no prior knowledge is required to participate. This makes it possible for everyone, regardless of experience, to join the training environment.
