SATS Storhaug is located near Sjøparken in Stavanger, and is easily accessible from both BI and Mathallen. The fitness center offers modern facilities that are adapted to different training needs. With a varied training offer, members can participate in group classes, Boot Camps, and receive personal guidance from qualified instructors.
The center also has specialized areas for functional training, cardio training and training with free weights. For those who want to focus on flexibility, there is a separate stretching zone for stretching. In addition, physiotherapy, body analysis and childcare are offered, making it easier for parents to train. SATS Storhaug also has a sauna for post-workout relaxation, as well as a separate SATS app to follow your training sessions.
