Jæren Dykkersenter Stavanger is a PADI five-star diving center and is considered Rogaland's largest diving center. The center offers a wide range of diving courses, free diving courses and snorkeling, as well as activities for both divers and free divers. In addition, they have a service workshop for compressors and a suit workshop that specializes in maintenance and adjustment of diving equipment, including repair of dry suits and wet suits.
The center was established by Bjørn Magne Fiksdal in 1991 in Bryne, and has since developed into a significant player in diving in Norway. Jæren Dykkersenter has a large store in Forus in Stavanger, where they offer a varied selection of diving and free diving equipment, including equipment for children. They also have 24-hour filling stations for air and Nitrox in both Stavanger and Sandnes, which gives divers easy access to the necessary equipment.
