Skur 2 is an art center in Stavanger that serves as an exhibition space for the Stavanger International Collection. The center has been rehabilitated from a warehouse building and now offers a variety of uses, including venues for concerts and events. Its location, only 8 meters from the quayside in the city center, provides a central and accessible space for visitors.
With first-class acoustics, Skur 2 is well suited for medium-format concerts, with ideal conditions for genres such as chamber music, jazz, folk singing and vocals. The center also has an accessible Yamaha grand piano, which can be used by musicians. In addition, there is a fully licensed café/bar, which provides the opportunity for a social experience in connection with the events. The premises can be rented for private and corporate events, including weddings, anniversaries and other celebrations.
