Botanika is a residential complex located in Kristianslyst in Stavanger, developed by Base. The project consists of 19 townhouses and 25 freehold apartments, and aims to promote community and life in the local area. The homes are designed in both terraced house and apartment formats, with a focus on optimal use of space. Each floor plan has been carefully designed by interior architects, who have considered details such as the placement of electrical outlets.
The complex includes a communal garden equipped with social zones and edible plants, which are maintained by gardeners. The location provides easy access to the new bus route, the cycle path network, as well as nearby workplaces, schools and shops. This facilitates a car-free everyday life, where both adults and children can enjoy a varied and eventful life in an urban and natural environment.
