Ståle Ådland illustration is an advertising agency based in Stavanger, with extensive experience in illustration and graphic design. Ådland specializes in various areas such as book and magazine illustrations, exhibition design, caricatures, logos, storyboards and maps. He has collaborated with a number of actors, including advertising agencies, publishers, magazines and tourist associations, which has contributed to his extensive portfolio.
Before starting as a freelance illustrator, Ådland worked for five years at Ted Bates. He also has experience with storyboards for local video production companies. In addition to his main tasks, he takes on assignments in decoration and has collaborated with the Stavanger Tourist Association and the Stavanger Business Association. Ådland graduated in graphic design from Bergeland Upper Secondary School in Stavanger and was previously a designer at the Stavanger Museum/Norwegian Children's Museum.
Raised in Ryfylke and now living in Stavanger, Ådland has a passion for practical work, especially in idea development and production. In his free time, he is interested in repairing old wooden boats and lobster fishing.
