The Scout House in Stavanger is a savings club that offers a varied program for children and young people of different age groups. The activities are divided into several groups: Bevere for the youngest (1st–2nd grade), Småspeidere (3rd–4th grade), Troppen (5th–10th grade) and Rovere for young people between 16 and 25 years of age. Scout meetings, summer camps and canoe trips are arranged throughout the year, with a strong focus on outdoor activities and adventure.
As part of the Norwegian Scout Association, the Scout House also participates in camps and events across the country. The start of the new scout year takes place in August, and the club offers useful information such as packing lists and badges for members. In addition, the Scout House engages young people in leadership and positions, which gives them the opportunity to develop skills and take responsibility in the community.
