Norwegian School of Hotel Management has been an educational institution since 1912 and offers bachelor's and master's studies with a focus on service, management, hotel and tourism management. The school has a strong focus on competence in service management, hospitality management and experience production, which is central to preparing students for future challenges in the industry, including the development of artificial intelligence and new business models.
The institution is also active in research related to the service industry as well as the hotel and tourism industry. From the autumn, they will introduce a new one-year study program in Changing Tourism, which will give students the opportunity to delve into current topics and trends in the tourism sector. Norwegian School of Hotel Management thus contributes to developing the level of competence in an industry that is constantly changing.
