The Stavanger Business Training Centre offers training in sales, service and IT subjects, with a particular focus on apprenticeships and internships. The organisation works with member companies to create apprenticeships, and acts as a link between apprentices, companies and the training department in Rogaland County Municipality. This cooperation helps to develop the future workforce in the region.
The Training Centre also offers information to both apprentices and companies, as well as help with educational choices and career guidance. Dedicated training consultants with specialized expertise are ready to assist in the process. In addition to establishing contact between companies and apprentices, they take care of the administrative work associated with the apprenticeship scheme, including the creation of apprenticeship contracts and follow-up throughout the apprenticeship.
