E 39 Mosvatnet, towards North - Stavanger city centre is a toll station that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren. This package includes a total of 38 toll stations divided into six toll sections. Toll collection is in one direction, and an hourly rule has been introduced that means that you only pay for one passage within 60 minutes.
From 23 May 2025, rates at the station will be adjusted. There are also special arrangements for users with a valid AutoPASS agreement, who can pass up to 75 times per month. Exemptions from passing apply to vehicles with parking cards for people with mobility impairments, and zero-emission vehicles, such as electric cars and hydrogen cars, can benefit from reduced rates.
