E 39 Randabergveien (Tastatorget), facing East, is a toll station that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren. This package includes 38 toll stations divided into six toll sections, and collection at this station takes place in one direction. An hourly rule has been introduced that means that you only pay for one passage within 60 minutes.
There are also specific rules for passages. With a valid AutoPASS agreement, you can pass a maximum of 75 times per month. Exemption from passing applies to vehicles with parking cards for people with mobility impairments. In addition, zero-emission vehicles, such as electric cars and hydrogen cars, have reduced tariffs. Adjustment of tariffs is planned from May 23, 2025.
