Fv. 415 Nedre Stokkavei, towards East - Stavanger city centre is a toll station that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren, which has a total of 38 toll stations spread over six toll sections. Toll collection is in one direction, and the rates are adjusted regularly to adapt to changes in traffic and infrastructure.
The station offers a monthly cap for passes for vehicles with an AutoPASS agreement, as well as an hourly rule that makes it possible to pay for only one pass within 60 minutes. There is also an exemption for passes for vehicles with parking cards for people with mobility impairments. Zero-emission vehicles can benefit from reduced rates. From 1 September, an AutoPASS user agreement is no longer required to use the hourly rule.
