Fv. 416 Øvre Stokkavei, facing East, is a toll station that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren, which includes 38 toll stations distributed over six toll sections. Toll collection is in one direction, and the rates are adjusted regularly to adapt to changes in traffic and the economy. For drivers with an AutoPASS agreement, there is a monthly limit on the number of passes, which can be advantageous for frequent users.
An hourly rule has also been introduced that makes it possible to pay for only one pass within 60 minutes. Passes with parking cards for people with mobility impairments are exempt from the fee, and zero-emission vehicles can benefit from reduced rates. From 1 September, an AutoPASS user agreement is no longer required to use the hourly rule. This makes the toll station available to a wider range of drivers.
