Lagårdsveien, facing north, is a toll station in Stavanger that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren. This package includes 38 toll stations spread over six toll sections, and toll collection is in one direction. An hourly rule has been established that means that drivers only pay for one passage within 60 minutes. From 1 September 2023, an AutoPASS user agreement is no longer required to use this rule.
The station also has specific arrangements for different types of vehicles. Exemptions from passing apply to cars with parking passes for people with mobility impairments, while zero-emission vehicles can benefit from reduced rates. The rates are adjusted regularly, and there is a monthly cap for passing for those with an AutoPASS agreement. These measures are part of a broader initiative to promote sustainable transport and reduce car traffic in urban areas.
