Outer Ring Road West, towards East - Stavanger city centre is a toll station that is part of the Urban Environment Package in Nord-Jæren, which includes 38 toll stations divided into six toll sections. Toll collection is in one direction, and there are regular adjustments to the rates. For vehicles with an AutoPASS agreement, a monthly limit for passes has been introduced, as well as an hourly rule that means that you only pay for one pass within 60 minutes.
The station also offers exemptions from passes for vehicles with parking cards for people with mobility impairments. Zero-emission vehicles can benefit from reduced rates. From 1 September, an AutoPASS user agreement is no longer required for the hourly rule, which can make it easier for users to navigate the toll station.
