Start UiS is a student-run organization that was established in 2003. The organization's main focus is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students. With over 200 members, Start UiS offers a platform for collaboration and exchange of experiences, which gives students the opportunity to develop their business ideas and projects.
Every year, Start UiS organizes more than 20 different networking and inspiration events. Among these are special events such as "Jentemidaggen", which aims to strengthen the position of women in business. Through these activities, the organization creates an environment where students can make contacts and share experiences, which contributes to a dynamic and supportive atmosphere for entrepreneurship.
