Solbakken Children, Youth and Family Centre is affiliated with the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) and is located in Tromsø. The centre offers information and resources relevant to children and families, and aims to support and strengthen child welfare services in collaboration with Bufetat.
