Annfrid Rosøy Steele is an associate professor of pedagogy at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. She is actively involved in the research group "Teacher Education in Times of Change" (LIFT), where she focuses on action learning and collaboration between university teachers and practice teachers. Her research includes teacher education and intercultural understanding, and she has published several scientific articles within these topics.
