The Nord Professional Academy is a non-profit organization that offers practical competence development for employees in the municipal and public sectors, as well as private service providers to the public sector. The goal is to improve the skills of public service providers, which is supported by a team of 23 employees with varied professional expertise and broad experience from the public sector.
The organization collaborates with external vocational schools, colleges and universities to develop and tailor courses, studies and development seminars. This is adapted to local needs at the individual workplace, which contributes to relevant and targeted competence development. The Nord Professional Academy thus has an important role in strengthening the quality of public services through competence development.
