Let Nature Live is a nationwide voluntary organization based in Tromsø, which works against onshore wind power development. The organization has a clear focus on nature conservation, renewable energy and climate issues. With a membership of around 3,000 people, they aim to protect Norwegian nature and stop further development of wind power projects.
The organization argues for energy saving and efficiency as important measures in the fight against climate change. They emphasize that there is not necessarily a contradiction between classic nature conservation and a fossil-free future. Through information work, they also highlight the negative consequences of wind power development, and seek to create awareness about these issues.
