Prosperastiftelsen Nord-Norge is a non-profit organization based in Tromsø, which functions as a network of pro bono consultants. With over 1,800 committed consultants from various fields, the foundation offers expertise-based volunteering to non-profit organizations. This means that the consultants, in their free time, donate their expertise in areas such as strategic consulting, marketing, fundraising, accounting and website development.
The foundation has implemented projects lasting three months, where they have contributed 137,000 pro bono hours and donated services worth 200 million kroner. In addition, Prosperastiftelsen collaborates with Stiftelsen Dam to promote health volunteering. The organization has a particular focus on preventing exclusion through its projects, and also offers opportunities for expertise sharing and volunteering for those who want to contribute.
