Rosenborg Bakeri was established in 1902 and thus has over 120 years of experience in the baking industry. The bakery is known for its wide selection of cakes, bread and various baked goods. Specialties include wedding cakes and catering, making them a popular choice for both private and corporate events. Rosenborg Bakeri also has a tradition of delivering fresh food to the whole of Trondheim.
The bakery is run by the fourth generation, which helps preserve the historic craft tradition. Today, they have 14 bakery cafes in Trondheim, where customers can enjoy a cozy environment. In the past, goods were delivered by horse, and the bakery is known for its characteristic "Rosenborg boy", which has been part of their history.
