Kaas Bygg AS was established in 1996 by Jan Kaas as a sole proprietorship, and was converted into a limited company in 2004. The company currently has 19 employees who work to continue traditional craftsmanship, while at the same time adapting to modern building practices.
The company offers a wide range of services within construction and construction, including new construction, rehabilitation, extensions, appraisals, damage remediation and turnkey contracts. They work with projects of various sizes, from homes and apartments to larger commercial buildings, primarily in Trondheim and Trøndelag. The main focus is on quality, tidiness and special adaptation to the customer's wishes.
