Koteng Eiendom AS is a real estate company focused on investment, management and development of commercial property. The company owns approximately 60 properties in Trondheim and the surrounding area, with a total property portfolio of approximately 270,000 m². This portfolio includes office, production, warehouse and retail premises, and generates a total rental income of NOK 310 million.
In addition to managing existing properties, Koteng Eiendom develops homes for sale through Koteng Jenssen. The company is also planning the development of 70,000 m² of commercial premises, with a focus on both regulated plots and existing properties. Koteng Eiendom AS is owned by Ivar, Aurora, Imre and Hedda Koteng, and has a philosophy of having the knowledge "in house" by bringing together different professional groups to streamline problem solving and project implementation.
