Jon Erik Hemsing, who leads the company, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a qualified valuation engineer through the Norwegian Real Estate Academy. He has a varied background as a carpenter and has completed several relevant educations, including construction management, valuation and condition analysis of homes. Hemsing is certified in NITO Takst for various areas such as damage valuation, condition reports and assistance with home purchases. Since 2022, he has operated as a stand-alone and independent valuation engineer, and uses valuation systems in TakstCom that are adapted to current regulations and industry standards.
