3T-Fossegrenda offers a large gym spread over two floors, with bright and airy premises. The center has a varied group training offer that includes activities such as step, aerobics, spinning, yoga, as well as specialized classes for baby and pregnancy training. In addition, pool classes are available for those who want to include swimming in their training routine.
The fitness center has three halls dedicated to group training, where various classes are offered such as strength training, tabata and cardio sessions. There are also opportunities to participate in Ukas Økt, a training class developed by the personal trainer team. 3T-Fossegrenda has free parking available in a large parking lot, and is easily accessible by both bus and car.
