Kristine Iversen is a certified yoga instructor with E-RYT 200, based in Trondheim. She offers weekly yoga classes, as well as workshops and participation in various events. Her teaching includes styles such as vinyasa, restorative and yoga nidra, all of which focus on movement, breath and presence.
Iversen's classes are designed to be creative and engaging, with an emphasis on safety and adaptation to the participants. Through her teaching, participants are given the opportunity to explore and develop their practice, regardless of level. Her approach to yoga promotes both physical and mental well-being.
