PT-Ingrid offers personal training and fitness guidance in Trondheim, with a varied training offer that includes strength, conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, spinning, running training and ski technique. The services are aimed at both individuals and groups, with the possibility of customized solutions for companies. Ingrid has experience with training groups since 2004 and has a personal trainer education from the Norwegian School of Sports, completed in 2013.
The training can take place both indoors and outdoors, and it is possible to participate in groups of 3-10 people. PT-Ingrid emphasizes motivation and health, and wants to make training enjoyable for the participants.
