The Trygg/Lade Sports Club was established in 1910 and has since then focused on comprehensive sports training. The club offers a varied range of activities within football, handball, floorball and all-around sports. By arranging tournaments such as the BN Bank Cup and Lade Indoor, the club helps to promote sports and unity in the local community.
With over 1,300 members, the Trygg/Lade Sports Club is an important social arena for the residents of the Lade peninsula. The club primarily recruits from Lade and Lilleby schools, which helps to engage children and young people in sports activities. In addition, the club supports the local community through the Grasrotandelen, and has a club culture characterized by security, generosity and pride.
