Trondhjems Swim & Life Support Klub, founded on June 16, 1910, is one of the oldest swimming clubs in Norway and the first to be established north of Bergen. The club has over 2,800 members and offers a wide range of swimming activities and courses for all age groups. This includes swimming lessons for both children and adults, as well as specialized courses such as baby swimming and kindergarten swimming.
In addition to swimming lessons, the club offers diving and competitive swimming. Intensive courses are also held during the autumn holidays, as well as first aid and life support courses (CPR). The club is known for its popular swimming courses, which attract participants from all over the region.
